What an absolutely atrocious experience we had at this supposedly 'gourmet' restaurant - which is anything but.
After consulting the online menu, which is an utterly bizarre mixture of tapas, salads, cold meats, cheese, Bratwurst and croquettes (!), we chose raclette for two. We then waited, and waited... and waited, forced to listen to the obnoxiously loud music, and watching the chef in the open kitchen appear to be doing precisely nothing. During this time, a heavy rain shower came through, and the manager (?) was more concerned with saving his flat-screen TV from the rain than attending to our obvious and increasing aggravation. Eventually, after 50 minutes, our food arrived and... well, look at the photo. This is supposedly a 'raclette' for two, and the equivalent of $30 worth of food, apparently. Two boiled potatoes covered in tasteless, unmelted cheese, served with the kind of salad you get in a bag from the supermarket for next to nothing. To top it off, there were four slices of the cheapest French-style bread imaginable, and even this was stale. We were absolutely incredulous that they could serve us this abomination for money without being deeply embarrassed. I cooked better meals than this back when I was a penniless student. We refused to eat, and called the manager to come over - he even agreed it was awful. To his credit, he didn't charge us for it, but then the waiter had the audacity to ask if we wanted to buy a dessert.

Read moreAVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I have eaten here five different times and always get the same thing to eat. The last time I was here they ran my card several times and i was charged on muiltiple occasions. I decided to give them another chance and come back for the one thing I always eat on the menu for 75 pesos. They charged me 355 pesos saying i ordered the large one. First of all no i did not and second of all the past five times I have come I always say the same thing when ordering and I have always paid 75 pesos for it. Additionally im familiar with the dish what i ate for the price of 355 pesos WAS NO DIFFERENT than the size of the typical 75 peso dish I get here. DONT GO HERE, save yourself the trip, save yourself the money it’s not worth the headache or the upsetting feeling to walk away feeling taken advantage of. im not even a tourist. They will take advantage of...
Read moreAvoid at all costs!!! This is far from Spanish food and even worst just not fresh.
Jamón de bellota far from being what was promised. 3rd class jamón from a pack which they did not even take the air properly.(tasted like plastic) Tortilla de patatas with a Mexican spice touch. (Not good) -Almejas (cockels) half of them empty, plus, instead of being just with white wine and onion they added some weird spices and, in my opinion, Parmesan cheese, so, far from the original product expected. croquetas de Jamon, frozen product. I know it takes time doing them but from that to serving what they did… calamares, once again frozen product and not even sure it was fish..
Honestly, without words. As Spanish that I am this really upset me.
To wrap up, once I gave feedback to the owner, he was so proud to tell me that other Spanish people found it good, I can not believe that...
