I ordered takeout but they didn't get the order because the internet was down. I decided to eat there, and I'm so glad because I ended up trying more of the menu than I would have otherwise. The food came out quickly, too.
The ceviche tostadas were incredible. So fresh and complex! I believe the fish was ahi tuna.
Next I had two tacos camarones de mole verde. The homemade corn tortillas were soft and aromatic, and the shrimp and mole were delicious, fresh, and flavorful. I can only handle mild spice, and the spice level was perfect for me.
They served the ceviche and the tacos with three of their homemade salsas. I tried the least spicy which has sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds - it had a good kick and an amazing combination of flavors. The other two are supposedly spicier, if you're looking for more heat.
I enjoyed my meal with the chlorophyll mint drink, which was earthy, cool and refreshing.
After all of that, I decided to try their signature desert, the tamal de coco. They didn't have decaf coffee, but the server recommended pairing it with a red wine, which was an excellent recommendation.
The tamal is garnished with pink peppercorns and pepitas. The flavor combinations of the garnishes, wine, and cacao are perfect. The tamal is served on a traditional green leaf (I assume banana, but could be different here). The maseca is high quality and gives a nice texture, but the corn flavor remains in the background and doesn't overpower.
The place has great atmosphere, and the side of the building is open air. There's an outside patio where you can sit as well. I will probably go back for breakfast or a cocktail another time.

The open fire was situated in front of their kitchen which is, in fact, a food truck, one if those Airstream ones. Our group loved the music, very eclectic.
The menu was spare and exquisite -- a bit like an experimental tapas bar, and elegant in their conception and execution. I didn't care for the tacos el pastor, found it chewier than expected, and there was also sort of a deconstructed corn on the cob tapa that didn't do it for us. But the rest was great, I loved the black beans -- super well seasoned and complex. The coconut cauliflower appetizer was a hit!! It was perfectly fried and very tasty. The guacamole appetizer, served with jicama was excellent. My shrimp green mole taco was outstanding. I had two drinks, a chlorophile "água" was very refreshing, like a spa drink, and the ginger/grapefruit...
