Not recommended. To be avoided. Unhygienic. No proper cleaning or dishwashing done. Unfriendly, hostile service. If I could zero stars, I would.
I had an awful experience at this restaurant and feel compelled to warn others not to fall for what is essentially a scam disguised as “gourmet dining.” I ordered a “Grilled Chicken Plate,” + French Fries.
The so-called “Grilled Chicken” was absolutely not freshly prepared—it was clearly cheap, frozen chicken that had been reheated and coated with an artificial-tasting sauce straight from a bottle. The fries were limp, soggy, and oily, tasting unmistakably of reused frying oil. There is also no installation present showing anything is cleaned properly. Also the trash is just thrown in a corner.
When I calmly pointed out that the food didn’t match the description or price, the owner, who was on just leaning on her hand and elbow the whole time, like a part-time waiter who doesn’t like their job, reacted with defensiveness and attitude instead of professionalism. I was still charged the full amount, more than 650 pesos, for a meal I could barely eat. When I refused to pay for what was untouched, the staff became openly hostile and accused me of trying to “get a free meal.”
The entire experience was a rip-off from start to finish. The food quality, service, and attitude were unacceptable. Selling cheap, reheated food as a premium dish and then attacking customers for complaining is not just bad hospitality, it’s dishonest business practice. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be scammed or mistreated. These types of places are unfortunately what give...
Read moreMy experience at this restaurant was exceptionally poor, warranting a clear warning to others. I ordered the BBQ Chicken Wings, French Fries, and Guacamole. The Chicken Wings were advertised as a sophisticated main course but were, factually, the cheapest kind of frozen, pre-cooked wings simply reheated in a deep fryer and then drowned in a basic, store-bought BBQ sauce. They were completely devoid of quality or effort. The French Fries were equally disappointing: entirely limp (not crispy), greasy, and tasted distinctly of old, low-quality frying oil. The Guacamole was the only item that was passable, though not excellent. I immediately raised a complaint due to the unacceptable quality of the wings and fries. The waitress initially took the plates back without comment. However, the situation deteriorated upon payment. The waitress insisted that I pay the full amount of 580 Pesos for all items. When I stated I would not pay for the virtually untouched, subpar food, she became extremely confrontational, arguing, 'You have to pay for what you eat.' I countered that a small bite is necessary to assess the quality of a dish. At this point, she became overtly hostile and aggressively accused me of being a 'scrounger' or 'freeloader.' The combination of selling low-grade, frozen food as a fresh specialty and the staff's completely unacceptable and aggressive handling of a legitimate quality complaint makes this establishment entirely non-recommendable. The service response to a quality issue was a severe violation of basic...
Read moreWe had a great experience here! Service was quick and efficient, and the tacos really hit the spot. We tried the chorizo, shrimp, chicken, and beef tacos—chorizo and shrimp were definite standouts. The tacos were high quality, especially for the price. The juice waters were just okay—not bad, but not quite worth the price. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, with smooth Latin music playing in the background. Overall, a solid spot for tasty tacos and...
