Good Burger — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

After reading some bad reviews I was a little hesitant to come and therefore decided it best to try tuesday for the 2for1 deal and it didnt disappoint.

Served by Alvaro who also had a few other tables but this didnt slow him down, he was very attentive & pleasant to everyone.

The loaded fries have cursed me as I will no longer be able to eat "just fries" they were tasty af & a nice big portion. Complimented also by the housemade habanero aioli 😋😋

I always judge a burger place by how good "the classic" burger is and this location really lived up. Put together extremely well with a thick & juicy patty (cooked to your liking so be sure to ask), fresh lettuce, tomato, pickles & housemade chipotle aioli all in every single bite.

All in all this place was amazing and I will defo be back. The only reason it missed the 5th star is because my partner asked for no mustard, no ketchup & it came with mustard & ketchup even tho I seen Alvaro write it down so il mark that up to a slight miscommunication but il give em a chance to redeem themselves...

Seriously overpriced - costs about the same as Vegas or an airport and that’s saying something. $20 usd for a burger, corn and water - the waitress’s response was good quality costs, I’ve had good quality burgers and this guy wasn’t even in the top 100.. I’ll tell you what costs, a 2 star review on google 😅 so tell me are the burgers made with F1 wagyu or premium grass fed chuck beef??…ah well I should have checked the prices before ordering…yeah I’d say the definition of a tourist trap on the main strip..the vibe and layout is nice but at these prices I’d want the chef to come out and cook the burger in front of me..the burger was ok but nothing special.. they should have used a brioche bun instead and fresh lettuce. Service was good and layout was nice but not worth the premium price. Yeah no thanks..someone is making a fortune…my hunt for a reasonably priced and tasty burger in Tulum continues…oh and change the name from Good Burger to Overpriced Burger. Anyone who has given this more than 2 stars needs to...

Diego hosted my wife, sister and I. He asked me to submit a review before I ate. I was curious to know why?

After my meal I understood. The food is mid, if that. We all ordered Tacos. It’s about $12 USD for 3 tacos. (Not even mad at the price, but the quality was not worth it.) We also got chips and guac. The chips were stale. Didn’t even finish.

The vibes were great. Diego was somewhat aggressive, but enthused in his service, but the food was overrated.

EDITED I had to come back and change this because I looked at my wife’s statement the next day and Diego added a tip himself that we did not approve, without signing the receipt. He also added a drink that we did not ask for as well as a water we never received.

As I’m typing this, I’m sitting in the restaurant asking for a refund.
