ITALY TULUM — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

Not recommend this restaurant at all, I ordered a Risotto with Parmigiano and truffel and what I got was mostly just Risotta with olive oil and very little of Cheese the truffel you didn't taste at all either. I am vegetarian and I realised when I nearly finished that it's with meat backon or something so I asked and got the answer it's truffel... I asked the other owner he said it's chicken stock... And that should be mentioned in the menu or when you order it at least. Not to find out this way. After asking two times if it is actually meat... And denying it the the first time. And then get blamed from the owner with the answer that if you want to have it vegetarian you need to tell it before ordering. Like what... That's what I ordered. If they don't do it vegetarian then it should be mentioned. So if you want to go there for the food I don't recommend the risotto wasn't really good. And on top the isue with not mentioning its with chicken stock... Bad. How should people they aren't locals from Italy know Risotto isn't vegetarian when it's not mentioned in the freaking menu! And they suppose you know everything. Not courteous and do not recognize their mistakes Your choice but I wouldn't recommend or go there again. They dont have pizza either. But big...

Found this place looking for something different to eat and we were so glad we did! Giorgio, the owner is so nice and the staff was great as well. The best Italian food we have ever experienced, the food was amazing. We all had something different to be able to taste everything and the steak was like nothing we had ever tasted either, it literally melted in our mouths with burst of flavor. I have eaten here once for lunch and twice for dinner. For lunch i had a very good avocado salad, fresh and tasty. For dinner i had a delicious pasta with white Pinot Grigio Italian wine was a good authentic Italian dish, and the other night i had filet mignon with green pepper cream that included a little salad, was really good too.
