We booked this hotel last minute late in the evening after our AirBnB did not work. The hotel has a great central location. The service was nice, pleasant and fast. We could get a room very fast. The hotel has a small parking outside where we left our car. The room was modern and clean, quite spacious. We had a large balcony. The room was facing the street so it was getting loud in the evenings and mornings but not catastrophically. The breakfast was included and it was quite nice: omelette, fresh fruits, pancakes, juice and coffee were on the menu. The breakfast area is on the roof which gives it a special charm. The hotel has a small pool in the inner garden - a very pleasant and calm relaxing area. I appreciated the design of the hotel - very simplistic but modern and cozy. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. We truly enjoyed the central location and the facilities of the hotel, the price was acceptable.

beautiful and minimalist hotel with small pool, balconies, air conditioners and nice rooms. the side of the street can be noisy, and the sun hits directly on the rooms all day. would be nice if the room had some kind of chair or sofa. the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast at this hotel is amazing, don’t miss it definitely.

Un hermoso hotel, con una excelente ubicación, a metros de avenida Tulum, habitaciones amplias, cómodas y un muy buen servicio de desayuno. La atención es EXCELENTE, por parte de todos, la señorita que sirve el desayuno es realmente profesional y agradable para atender, perdón no recuerdo su nombre, como así también la gente que trabaja en la cocina. Las mucamas extraordinarias. Todas las personas que tienen relación con el turista son geniales. JOSÉ, hizo lo imposible para atendernos y que estemos cómodos. LEANDRO, un rosarino fenomenal que conocimos allí superlativo, el otro conserge que no recuerdo su nombre maravilloso y JESÚS sin palabras, un hombre de una gran calidad humana, siempre a la orden TODOS juntos hacen que valga la pena la inversión en ese hotel. Siempre atentos para que no te falte nada. Sin dudas voy a volver , gracias porque hicieron de mi estadía un placer. LOS ABRAZO Y FELICITO.

We are writing this review due to hurricane Delta. This is more for the hospitality, than the hotel. We were basically kicked out on the street from our luxury beach hotel and ended up here. The guy at the front (wish I knew his name) was so helpful and understanding. We just needed a safe room to stay in. He told us there would be no wifi or amenities during our stay. Also it was only $40 US so we didn't complain. We had spend a ton already on cab rides trying to find a hotel. The room was fine. Everything was clean and the shower was hot. No TV. Forced my husband and I to play games and just chat. Which I loved :) We talked to the front desk guy a lot about what we should do and had him answer all the question we had. We had a lot! He helped us with everyone of them. Also showed us this little market that was about a block away that you could find some drinks and snacks. Thank you Muyu Tulum for providing us shelter when our hotel let us down. Your kindness...

Pros: the hotel is well located in centro and the staff is amazing. The table service breakfast is also good!

Cons: the room! It is so tiny and minimal from the pictures. It lacks a lot of necessities like more storage, a safe, a minibar, kettle, cups, water bottles. It is sooooo minimal it felts a bit survivable. The shower’s water pressure was terrible but that was fixed with a room change request done quickly with the staff that is amazing! The sound proofing is the second main issue. You could hear ANYTHING in the street specially being close to Che which hosts a bunch of drunk broke hippies that would scream on the...
