Pizzeria Wild Flour Tulum — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

What an amazing finding! My wife and I walked randomly Infront of it and as an Italian, born and raised, and with a certain knowledge about food and cooking, I realized immediately that that place was worth stopping by! By the way they were handling the dough, spinning the pizza in the real pizza wood oven, cutting the pizza with scissors and the way it looked, I must tried it! The best thing we've done that night, what a gift! Giuseppe, the owner, young Italian guy with his wife, just opened it two weeks earlier and it's a hit! The pizza was incredible, the best I've eaten in a long time, original recipes, original Italian ingredients, absolutely amazing! I was impressed by everything, wow. I didn't even realized I've eaten it by how light it was after devouring it. This is a must stop for everyone that goes to Tulum! Super nice, genuine Italian owners, fabulous taste and quality, really well priced comparing to same top quality pizzas in the US (not sure I've found it yet in NYc). I stumbled on Wild Flour by accident but soooo happy I did.

The handwritten words Pizza, Beers Rooftop on the wall outside helped lure me in.

Giuseppe the owner was very friendly and showed us to the rooftop, just in time for sunset. We had a salami pizza which was wonderful. I am very picky about my pizzas, but this was outstanding.

From the perfect sourdough base straight outta Naples, yummy gooey cheese, quality tangy tomato base to the tasty New York salami topped with basil cooked in a wood fired oven washed down with a chilled Victoria beer this was the perfect way to end a day which started on the beach.

I highly recommend you find Wild Flour if you’re in Tulum. And don’t think of sharing!! You deserve your own piece of pizza paradise!

Just down the street from mi tiendita natural , su casa, we ran into this new place that serves one of the most delicious pizzas places that I classify as jewels 💎 in downtown #Tulum#México. Very safe environment and children friendly; Walking distance from most points in Tulum, Ado Bus Terminal, aldea zama, la veleta, region 15, avenida coba, avenidat tulum, avenida kukulcan, street parking and easy accesible.
