The first thing we did when my brother, mother and I arrived to Cozumel was get brunch. It was morning and we needed our caffeine fix and our breakfast. We walked around, a little overwhelmed with the options, but as we passed Amparo, a gentleman sitting outside enjoying a coffee saw us contemplating the restaurant and said, "You will not regret having breakfast hear." We took it as a sign and grab a seat outside.
The service was quick and our server was so hospitable. Now, as a coffee-noisseur, I wouldn't say they served the best coffee I've ever had, but it was pretty good and did just the trick to perk me up! But the breakfast... oh yes, no regrets there! I got a simple breakfast with no meat. It was simple yet very delicious.
They are very accommodating and have vegetarian and vegan options. They also got the meat-lovers covered! All in all, a great little nook, very inclusive, great service, great food and great coffee! Reasonably priced too in a...

Saw a few ppl said that they have issue with opening on time at 7am so we messaged the day before to confirm they they at 7am and they said they did.

At 7am, an employee came and opened the gates and turned sign from âopenâ to âclosedââŚbegin chopping insideâŚwe asked at around 7.15am if they are opening anytime soon and he said 8amâŚwe couldnât stick around because our activities begins at 8.30am.
We contacted the owner and he lied about the whole encounter and blame us and that they were opened the entire time! Wild situation. Iâm sure the food is not bad but Just donât come here if you have a busy schedule. If you got the island time to wait, here is a...

Note on the pancakesâŚthey are made with oat flower. Naturally oats are of course gluten free but many times they are contaminated with gluten as they are processed in the same facilities or grown in proximity to wheat. Thatâs why you typically have to buy gluten free oats, not regular oats, if youâre celiac
I did not eat the pancakes because I donât know if the oat flower used is gluten free. If it is not, the gluten content is probably very low, but not worth it to me to risk. Most oat milk in Mexico is not gluten free either. But up to you, you may be okay
But PLENTY of other tasty options on the menu with eggs, potatoes, bacon, vegetables. Highly...
