When you can get away from the tourist area and go back into the local areas, that is where the real food can be found. This place was on my must do list and I am so glad we stopped here. You know it’s local when your the only tourist in the place. It was full that night and they asked if we minded sharing a large table with another couple. We instantly hit it off and had a great time visiting with them. The server Mariano was excellent and so very kind and attentive. The food was delicious and came out quickly. Read moreThe Airbnb that I'm staying at is right next to this little restaurant. In the owner's book of recommendations was this cute little place. They served a very delightful pico de gallo and some of the best frijoles I've ever tasted. They did me a favor and made me some shrimp quesadillas with garlic that were OUT of this world! I had a good night's sleep and didn't wake up in enough time for breakfast.
