I never write bad reviews unless service is really bad. First, we waited for an hour for our food to be served. Upon serving, food is already cold. Burger and fries were soggy, and the pasta (Montenegro Pasta) seems like fresh from chiller. Apparently, food is cooked minutes ago but failed to serve tout de suite! Secondly, our table was not set up with utensils so upon serving food we asked for it. Past 10 mins still utensils not given so I took the initiative to go to the counter and asked for it. The tall guy gave me 2 sets and when I asked for ketchup up, he yelled and told me to wait outside- the rudest server I encountered. Lastly, food is not good at all, not worth the price. Maybe go here if you just want to chill and seat, not minding if food will arrive after an hour and eat cold dish that supposedly hot. Also great if you will just sit, use their wifi and not order anything coz for sure they will ignore you. Don’t attempt to come when you’re starving and have a little time on your tour because they don’t care about their customers.

I recently visited Cesare Old Town Restaurant, and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The service was absolutely terrible, and it started with our uncooked food, which unfortunately led to me vomiting right there in the restaurant. When I addressed the issue with the staff, I was met with rudeness and disrespect. I kindly suggested that they could either redo the meal or at least reheat it, but instead, the waitstaff refused and even shouted at my partner for voicing a complaint about the uncooked food. This kind of behavior is utterly unacceptable in any dining establishment. Now, I am left suffering from stomach pains, all due to the poor quality of food and the appalling service. I would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant if you value your health and a pleasant dining experience.

Nice vibe, nice recorded music, comfortable seating, located in a less busy square, service was ok, ordered the fruit plate and a palacinke (crepe). The fruit was good but someone needs to tell the cook to actually take the time to spread the Nutella inside the pancake before sending it out. The first five bites had no Nutella then the next 3 had way too much. Evidently the cook just put a spoonful on the crepe and folded it up. The second crepe had the same issue. Come on, don't be lazy! Spread the Nutella around before you send it out to your customers. Also normally the crepes in the Balkans will have some crumbled plasma cookies on them. These had none. Go for the atmosphere, order the fruit plate (which by the way doesn't look nearly as good as the very nice photo on the menu).

Extremely dissatisfied with the appalling service I received at this restaurant recently. From the rude attitude of the waiter to the misleading menu descriptions and overall lack of consideration for dietary restrictions, my dining experience was nothing short of a nightmare.

As a Muslim individual who abstains from consuming pork, I was utterly shocked to discover slices of ham in the sandwich I ordered. The waiter failed to inform me that pork was referred to differently in their local language. How was I, a tourist, supposed to know this crucial information without proper clarification?

When I brought this issue to the attention of the waiter, he callously confirmed that the sandwich contained pork and callously refused to accommodate my request for a replacement meal. Instead, he simply walked away, leaving me with a plate of food that I couldn't eat. To add insult to injury, the fries I reluctantly settled for were poorly cooked, dry, soggy, and clearly not freshly fried.

Furthermore, the fact that this establishment charges for cutlery is nothing short of outrageous and only added to my frustration with the overall experience. Not only did I leave this restaurant hungry and disappointed, but I also felt mistreated and disrespected as a customer. The waiter cum cashier also insisted that we pay by cash and that credit card is not accepted. Only when I told him I dont have cash in hand, then he accepted credit card. Why did he need to lie about not accepting credit card initially?

I strongly advise anyone considering dining at this restaurant to avoid it at all costs. The lack of transparency in menu descriptions, the dismissive attitude of the staff, and the overall poor quality of the food have left a sour taste in my mouth and effectively ruined what should have been a pleasant breakfast experience.

I hope that the owner takes immediate steps to address these issues and improve the quality of service at this establishment. As a paying customer, I deserve better treatment and respect, neither of which were provided during my visit to...

Got conned by waiter into persuading us into ordering a sea bass with trimmings for 2 people....84 euro...of course he didn't mention that...the 2 main courses we were going to order totalled 38 euro....it was nice fish but no way worth 84 euro...chips were cold but i asked for fresh ones...left with bad taste in my mouth...imagine serving a 84 euro fish with cold chips....very cereless Never nice being tricked by a waiter who was all smiles sweetness and light.. Funny enough I checked with him the cost of the wine he recommended....which was within reason at 33 euro Considering my own main course originally planned was 18 euro...never crossed my mind to ask what this fish was costing. Here for a week and never going back unless to ask for my €20 tip back which is the greatest regret of all....had nothing smaller and think i was in state of shock. He deserved nothing after that sly stroke. At end of day I have been on the planet long enough to know that tourists in foreign land are easy pickings. Note 2.8 google review...should have checked...would never eat in a 2.8 review restaurant. Caught out for sure..ambiance seemed nice...great exampleof don't judge the book by the cover....also asked waiter for desert menu...never arrived..so went straight to bill...would not recommend.....part 2: returned 3 times to catch our waiter Bryan...he asked to see the transaction on my visa bill...to my amazement it was gone, vanished....i thanked him for sorting it out..effectively giving us the meal for free...3 days later it reappeared on my visa bill so I contacted visa directly who could not help me as I had originally authorised by pin. I was ligitamally robbed.....don't eat here and if u do check your bill...

We were sitting in the outdoor area. dining for breakfast and the waiter that served us was doing the bare minimum. It felt like we were doing them a favour by dining in their restaurant. I went indoors to ask to use the toilet and a different waiter met me and pointed out twice that I had to be a customer to use their toilet. We'd been in Kotor for 3 days already so we knew that you just can't use a toilet in a restaurant if your aren't dining in the establishment. So I replied with a smile that I was sitting outside. To which the waiter just looked at me and replies and I quote, "I wouldn't know, it's not like you look like a famous actress or something!". The waiter that was serving me and partner, happend to walk by me when this happened and he just ignored the whole thing, did not correct his colleague, nor tell me where the toilet was. He just walk right past. I, myself work in the hospitality industry and being told that or spoke to in a rude and cold manner was shocking to me. I felt so insulted that I just went back to my partner, asked for the bill. When our waiter came back, I thought he would apologise, but nothing. No acknowledgement at all. So we left without tipping the staff. I've read a few of the reviews and it looks like more people have encountered the same or similar situations and it seems to be the same waiter from the looks of it and yet he is still employed and is still allowed to behave the way he does. It's just downright disgusting that a...
