I'll be very honest. Drinks are very overpriced, the quality doesn't match the price at all. The server took our order, disappeared for a while then came back to tell us to change, since the initial order was unavailable, meanwhile another server was walking behind him, carrying drinks that apparently other people didn't want, and started suggesting if we want those. Offensive.
After 30 mins to get us drinks which is very unreasonable, the drinks were mediocre, I got what I asked for, understandable.
Problem is when I went to pay, and checked the bill, I had a completely different drink written there, which was an extra 15 dhs, I let the server kindly know that it's not what I ordered and that I am sure of it, (considering the other drink had pistachios and other aromatic spices, which is something I didn't even have in the drink I consumed) the server still insisted that it was what I ordered.
I was forced to pay since they kept telling me that 'the poor server would have it taken off his paycheck', I was pushed into a tight corner with all this pleading which made me feel forced to pay, horrible experience in my opinion, get servers that ACTUALLY REMEMBER the order and not try to scam people off their money. Read moreVisited this venue twice. The difference between the service and the food on each day was wild, not sure what happened there.
I ordered spaghetti Pomodoro on both visits, on the first time the temperature of the food wasn’t great but was edible. The second time it was as if the food had been refrigerated and was exceptionally cold, almost like biting into an ice cream.

Companies that can afford to have luxury restaurants/bars on the Marina, should check whether their staff have adequate training to do their job and perform it well. Not sure how a chef can allow food to go out like that.
Would definitely suggest hospitality, food & beverage and culinary training for all.
This type of service really lets down the ambiance of where the restaurant is situated.
Besides the above, the virgin mojito...
