In one of the hidden alleys of the MEDINA there is a high door to the restaurant.

Like the famous riads of Marrakesh, you enter and get a magical place with a special atmosphere.

We sat in one of the inner corners, we ordered a pastia with vegetables and a pastia with meat as well as salads. My sister who ate the meat pastia said it was the most delicious pastia she had ever eaten. It should be noted that at first they served a burnt pastia and they had to be warned to replace it....

If you want an authentic fassi cuisine, you have to come to this place. Everything was perfect, Hicham thé owner of the place is very friendly and efficient. Everything is home made and freshly cooked. We had à mix of moroccan salade which is, zaalouk, charmoula, zuccini, carrots, potatoes, olives, cauliflowers, beetroot... we also had couscous and pastilla 🥰🥰🥰. Delicious food! Whatever you do in Fez, do NOT leave without eating a pastilla of chicken. It is a speciality of Fez, and unlike anything you’ve ever had.
