L'étoile Du Musée — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

I planned to go to this restaurant from morning because I had a good experience in Ramadan with my husband and his family who are not Moroccans, this day I came with my family (all Moroccans), the guy in front of door didn't want to accept us, he said the restaurant is full, in a meanwhile I saw he start calling foreigners, in that time I complained about it then he said go to took a look there's no places, when I entered I found the restaurant empty, only the roof is almost full but there's empty places, then I called my family to enter, another guy said the restaurant is full go to find other restaurant there are cheap restaurants and places around.. what a racism I found from this restaurant as a Moroccan. Otherwise The girl who works in roof was professional and welcomed us in good manner, even she gave us priority and cared about us. Food was normal not bad not...

The staff behaviour is absolutely shocking. Despite a nice view and not bad food I would not recommend this place. We waited over 15 minutes to order (the restaurant wasn't busy at all) and over 30 min to receive our soup which wasn't even warm. As I cannot eat gluten I politely asked for rice to be served with my main, the waiter who was serving us started to laugh and making fun with his colleague of eating rice with tajine in front of us!!. They spoke in arabic thinking we wont understand them! When we were paying for our bill the waiter insisted to leave a tip. after we said we want to pay whats on the bill, he started to talk to the same female colleague that we are not going to leave them anything. I couldnt stand it anylonger and I let them know that the service wasnt good at all so they shouldnt expect anything. The female member of the staff...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at LEtoile in Marrakech old Medina and it was an amazing experience. The food was incredibly delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was also top-notch. Although I did not have the opportunity to meet the chef, Soufiane, I have heard that he is a true professional. Every dish that we sampled was a work of art and tasted even better than it looked, and it was clear that a lot of care and attention went into each and every one. The staff were also friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was memorable. Overall, I highly recommend LEtoile to anyone visiting Marrakech. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch, and I have no doubt that Chef Soufiane's expertise is a big part of what makes this restaurant so special. It was a truly unforgettable...
