This rooftop restaurant was fantastic. They serve Moroccan cuisine with a French fusion twist. We came here for a small celebration dinner and enjoyed it under the warm sunlight and a strong cool breeze.
We ordered two starters and two main dishes. For starters, we had the beetroot hummus: smooth, flavourful, and absolutely delicious, and the smoked, breaded eggplant, which was crispy, tasty, and paired wonderfully with the sauces.
For mains, we had the Beef Rossini: a tender medium-rare steak that was perfectly complemented by the mushroom and sauce. We also tried the Lamb Shank Tajine, which came with an impressive bone-in presentation and was tender and flavorful.
The avocado juice was also surprisingly refreshing and tasty.
Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience. The prices were reasonable for this type of fine dining. Highly recommended if you're looking to explore a more modern, non-traditional take on...
Read moreI don’t do a lot of reviews but since this place is new and we liked it so much I decided to write one. First of all, it has a really cosy and stylish rooftop restaurant with a great view on Marrakech. Second, the food was really great with a nice mix of Moroccan and more Western food. Third, it is very reasonably priced, especially for how fancy the restaurant looked. And fourth, the waiter was really friendly and hospitable. The only downside was that it was a bit quiet (although we actually liked that after the chaos of the city). And I fancied a beer but they don’t serve alcoholic drinks, which is okay since it’s uncommon in Marrakech in most places. Even though it was quiet, I have a strong feeling that in a few months this place will be buzzing with people! Thanks again for the dinner and can...
Read moreMixed Experience We visited as a group of 12 and were quickly accommodated after arranging our table via WhatsApp -communication was excellent and much appreciated.
Unfortunately, the food was a little disappointing. Most dishes arrived cold, and portions were smaller than expected - several items advertised as sharing plates were really only suitable for one or two people. At around £30 per person, we left feeling hungry.
The views were lovely, but we were surprised and saddened that the background music continued during the Athan (Islamic call to prayer). It felt disrespectful to the local culture and faith.
Overall, while the setting and service were good, the food and cultural sensitivity let the experience down. We wouldn’t recommend it for groups and...
