Maseer Cafe — Restaurant in Pokhara

I was so disappointed by the service I got here. I ordered chicken momo and was served buff momo, I double checked it by asking it first by the smell, they told me it was chicken, after that I found the taste weird and they confirmed me once with the same reason but thrid time I felt sure that it was not chicken and only then the staff took the bowl and informed me that it was indeed a buff momo and told me to wait until they replace it. I waited a long time but I got no food and when I asked the staff they were puzzled and told me they forget and would bring it right back but I stopped them and when I went to the counter and asked for the bill he told me to pay the full bill of the momo that I didnot have and when I told him what happened he got angry and told me to pay the price of the momo I had. I was so angry because why would I pay the price of their own mistake and he was not even accepting his fault and didnot even apologize for the mistake they made to their customer. I paid him the bill and he was still blabbering the things to himself. He showed no respect to the local people because his place is mostly filled with foreigners.
