I wish there were more places like this one! It is the dreamland of people that care about what they eat, and for those who are trying to reach their goals with a diet. In this cozy and well thought place you can find an inspiring menu with written all calories, fats, proteins and carbs! Definitely recommend for the quality of food and for the inspiring concept of eating in a conscious way. Meeting the owner and having a nice talk with him, I can fully see where he comes from: a pure heart that wants to contribute in a better society.

Favorite place for me to fuel up after a great workout at the Bob’s Gym nearby! They have solid food and protein smoothie choices and mastered the art of retaining all the flavors and taste while keeping the ingredients fresh and wholesome. Definitely a great example to show that healthy food don’t necessarily need to taste bland! The staffs are knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about health and wellness as well which just adds up to a great conversation every-time I’m there. A 10/10 for healthy food in Lakeside for sure!
