Amazing Ambience with amazing food and Staff

Just visited today and had an amazing experience. The service was great and so sorry I forgot the name of the server but you was Awesome.

Chicken Fettuccini Carbonara, which absolutely blew me away. The homemade aata pasta had a wonderful texture, and the addition of edible charcoal gave it a unique, slightly smoky flavor that was both intriguing and delicious. The creamy carbonara sauce complemented the dish perfectly, making it one of the best pasta experiences I've had in a while.

I also tried the Chicken Naanza, a fusion dish that I was excited about. The flavor was great, and the chicken was tender, but the sauce didn’t quite hit the mark. It wasn’t the classic pizza sauce I was expecting and felt more like a regular creamy sauce, which made the dish taste a little off balance for me. However, it still tasted good overall, and I appreciate the creativity behind it.

Overall, I loved the creativity and quality of the food, with the Chicken Fettuccini Carbonara being the standout dish. Would definitely come back...

Amazing good food! Definitely the best food I had here in Nepal. Try the Vrikshya chicken curry, the chefs signature dish. You eat your fingers! And also the grilled chicken tiki (and more but I forgot the name) was melting on the tongue! Nice seats on the rooftop and uberfriendly young waiters. We where lucky that we could finalize our diner with a swingy band in the stylish bar. Definitely will come back here. Probably best food in town (and further) :) Update: We came back to try more, and once again, the staff’s enthusiasm was amazing! This time, we asked the chef to prepare his two signature dishes—again, absolutely delicious and full of surprises. Fusion flavors, huge portions! The pork chops were a bit dry, but the massive lamb shank was simply divine. Served with a surprisingly tasty ‘Mexican rice’—a little chili, a touch of sweetness—and perfectly grilled veggies. This time, we paired it with a Himalayan draft; pricey compared to the food, but totally worth it. And to top it off: the lamb shank was so huge we took the bone back for the hotel dog—biggest treat ever!
