Hotel Kausi — Hotel in Pokhara

We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making our stay extremely relaxing. The service was exceptional – every staff member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring the city while still feeling calm and safe.

During our trip, we were unexpectedly stuck due to the ongoing protests. The hotel staff went above and beyond to take care of us during that time, ensuring we felt secure and comfortable. Their hospitality made a difficult situation so much easier.

We were greeted with refreshing watermelon juice and welcoming, friendly staff. Clean, functional rooms. Breakfast was very good and all staff so attentive and friendly. We asked for breakfast at 6.30am as we were leaving at 7am to start our trek. They provided the full breakfast for us. The manager was extremely helpful advising us on what to do and where to eat. All the staff were amazing. Unfortunately I had an accident whilst in Pokhara. The manager drove me and my husband to the hospital and waited whilst I was treated. Above and beyond duty. I was with my family including my 3 yrs daughter from Toronto Canada. She was most comfortable there. The entrance, elevator, room and food are amazing. " it is a clean room and washroom" was the first line of my daughter when we opened the room. Beyond that, polite staffs, beautiful location with a local park and fewa lake in the front increases the beauty of hotel. Also, the spectacular view of Mountain Annapurna and Macchepuchre from the roof of hotel with sunrise added extra excitement to our mornings until we were there.
