Visited this place while on a layover at Amsterdam Schipol airport. I took a train ride to Amsterdam central station and was walking around touring the city when I bumped into the place. It's a cozy little bar that serves food also. The young lady serving at the bar was super friendly. I think her name was Natalia and she loves to collect foreign currency notes. She is also very chatty and I could not resist her charm. I ended up parting with my souvenir note I had got from another country! She makes you sign the note and displays it at the bar. I didn't get to try their food because I was running out of time so I just had a drink. Will definitely pass by next time am in Amsterdam....

Not your last punk around Amsterdam like a Yahoo. Don't do it here. The vibe is chilled the beers are great the staff are awesome. Start your exploration from here. The crowd is mid-late 20's to 50-60. Super friendly if you're travelling alone a must stop. Big groups or lads get there sober or don't go it's not for you. The music is great. It's my kind of place. I loved it. But remember it's a family business. Not a chain. I'll be back...
Read moreThe ambiance is great, mostly I would say because of the music (90s rock music, like Limp bizkit-which I absolutely love), the many and big t.v. (I went there to watch a game) but mostly because the girl who is the bartender is so nice, she treats people like they are friends (you could tell some of them were regulars because she called them by their names) and even though she was the only one that night there, nobody was waiting for a drink. You would also get some Irish music too if that's what you are...
