Two main concerns about your coworking space in terms of ‘day pass to work here - 20€’. First, the volume of the music is too loud. One of the customers already complained about this in a negative review, to which you responded by saying it's a "creative space." If that's the case, you should clearly state that it’s not possible to work quietly and with focus here because it's a "creative space" with music and socializing. Although you mention having a separate room where one can work quietly, this is not true. People frequently pass through this room to go to the toilet, which means having to constantly get up to close the door or ask others to do so. This makes it impossible to focus.

Second, I've been using your coworking space almost daily for the past four weeks. There has been NO soap in the restroom for an entire month👀. I've also noticed your staff member leaving the restroom without washing their hands, likely due to the lack of soap. This raises significant hygiene concerns, especially when they proceed to serve customers.

The worker said that the place is a coworking place but music was played too loud which made people had to speak aloud too, so people who bought the day pass for working could not focus. The coffee was not good, even Albert Heijn's coffee is better.

The worst part is the attitude of the worker. We first did not know if we needed to buy a day pass to use laptop there, but when we asked nicely why there was no sufficient information at the place, she gave an improper attitude by making irritating comments, such as asking whether we live in amsterdam and how long we live in Amsterdam (assuming that we did not know that there are some cafes that still allow us to use laptop for free in this city). Even when we already bought the day pass, we were also asked to move to another table, so the table could be used by other customers.

I was quite disappointed with my recent visit to this café. I went with my wife this morning, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. We ordered a beef empanada and two flat whites (one with regular milk and one with coconut milk). The empanada was served cold, without even being warmed up, and the barista didn’t offer to heat it. He also seemed unwelcoming, which added to the discomfort. The coffee was mediocre at best.
