I have always had a very positive experience with the other Burger Bar franchises but had a very bad experience yesterday, probably the worst since I moved here as an Expat. The person had the front desk was very aggressive. Myself and two friends were told we had to sit at separate table or we would be fined 500 euros each by the police. We questioned why all the other groups of people were sitting together and he confirmed there was a line between the table. We selected two complete separate tables and he came out screaming I've told you already in a very aggressive tone to a point where other diners stopped eating that they need to be separate, were were very confused. It seems that there are one rule for one group and another rule for another, my friends and I felt were targeted due to other ethnic background. He wore ripped clothing and generally looked very untidy, it is a shame one person can ruin your total perception of a establishment after visiting for over one year. I would encourage the owners of BB to view CCTV.

Read moreAs a family of 6, with a dog, we just ate at this establishment. We were surprised by the high-quality of the food, despite the competitively low prices. The staff was really nice and showed us all the options of payment. Ordering was easy and the food was brought to us within 10 minutes. I liked that you could state how you would like your meat to be cooked and the accommodating extras with the food. The fries, which were served as a side dish, were handmade and the sauce served with them matched perfectly. If you had ordered a drink, you could fill up your cup with ice cubes and lemon and lime slices as you like. The establishment itself was very modern and well-decorated. We sat outside and really liked the cushioned seats. The restrooms were small, but clean and comfortable. The nice staff even ran after us when I left my bag there on accident. I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a nice afternoon/evening with family...
Read moreYesterday, I ordered a truffle burger here, but instead of truffle sauce, they put hazelnut sauce in my burger without informing or asking me. How did I find out?
First, I didn’t taste the characteristic truffle flavor. However, the burger itself was very tasty, so I didn’t give it much thought.
Second, I have a hazelnut allergy, and just 15 minutes after we left the restaurant, my eyes started swelling, my palms became itchy, my nose got congested, and a rash appeared on my body.
Guys, this is unfair. If you replace an ingredient in a dish with a highly allergenic one, you must inform the customer—especially since I wasn’t ordering online, I was sitting in the restaurant. The ingredients are listed on the menu for a reason—it matters!
As a result of this "substitution," we had to miss the Valentine's Day concert we had planned. And even on the second day, the swelling on my face...
