First you are asked to enter the self-ordering system in an unfriendly way, after the self-ordering system successfully completed the transaction super slowly, we waited 30 minutes for our burger. This can happen, even if we have only ordered one burger. After 30 min I picked up my order, the bread was cold, I went to the Asian employee because it looked like he was a responsible one. He reviewed my statement without even really looking to see if my burger was cold and said, "no, it can't be". When I asked him to feel around and see for himself, he asked me why I was being so aggressive? And asked if I wanted my money back. Really, people, first you make them wait so long, then you don't even give them a warm burger. Pretty disappointing, anything can happen and you can understand anything, but this attitude from Stuff was pretty unfriendly. So don't recommend...

Love this place. The burgers are simple and hearty, not the usual 'artisanal' creations of the other burger places in A'dam. Prepared and cooked to order in front of you, they grab the meat from a chilled cabinet, from it by hand, and then slap it straight on the grill. No messing around, and all plain to see. The choice of toppings is minimalistic, but sufficient to have your own bespoke 'artisanal' creations, should you wish. They even have malt vinegar available for British exiles. Their lunchtime staff have always been friendly, smiling, prompt, and efficient when serving me. The place is anorexically small, which is why I would eat at their Rembrandtplein location if I chose to eat in rather than take out. On days with decent weather, sadly far too few in A'dam, they put two tables outside that can seat groups. I will be grabbing lunch...

Order a burger and expect to wait at least 30 min for a burger to arrive in front of you. The grill which is visible to all, is absolutely disgusting. Not cleaned at all and therefore what you get with your burger is extra burnt meat and old fatty oil from previous orders that very same day. This was all there to see as I sat there watching the guy make the burgers. On to the burger meat, nothing at all tasty or of quality about it. Yet they will charge you over 10 euros. They offer different kinds of beef, and as we ordered two different burgers we thought we'd compare the two. But to our disappointment both were same. They use that as a ploy to charge you more than what a burger should be priced at. Fries here was average - nothing special. Overall it is over priced for what they should be charging and cleanliness/hygiene standards...
