Absolutely one of the best ātastingsā weāve ever experienced. After a bit of history about the company and cheese making, Ron took us through 5 distinctively different cheeses, dating each for color, smell, flavor, and consistency. Each was also paired with wine and he gave us other suggestions about food, beer, liquor, and different wines that pair well with each cheese. Wrote down things such as taste, flavour, consistency etc and had our certificate signed at the end! We also got a 10% discount in the shop after the experience, which was very useful as we loved the cheese! Thank you for an...
