Very unfriendly and arrogant management, especially the front door. I have been to this place few times have had good times winning n loosing. But as I was about to enter the place today at around 19:15 pm the guard tried to hand over a card to me. As I requested him to tell the reason, he arrogantly replied to leave the place. And then became physically abusive, pushing out for no reason as a typical bully dropping my phone on the floor. In few minutes, there came two other security people and when explained the situation to them to understand this disrespectful behavior, there was still no customer friendly response from them. When I enquired about the customer care details to explain the situation to the management, they were not willing to share the phone no. or email- adress. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Do not go here!!!!! Started to play a machine put 2 euros in ( no one was anywhere near these three machines in the back) a very rude person ran up hits me on my arm and told me I was playing on his money. There were numbers at the top( he said was his money) apparently the jerk was playing 6 machines all over the casino. Instructions were hard to follow.
