BurgerFabriek Express L.Niezel — Restaurant in Amsterdam

BurgerFabriek fell short of expectations on several fronts. The quality of the meat and overall ingredients left much to be desired. The portion of fries, particularly the large one, has the same amount of sauce (that is not sufficient) as the small one. The dryness of the bun further detracted from the overall dining experience.

One of the glaring issues was the lack of proper amenities for hygiene. BurgerFabriek lacked cutlery, sanitizer, and even a sink, making it challenging to eat in a healthy and sanitary way. The small wooden sticks provided were hardly a substitute for utensils, and considering the nature of burgers, using hands was inevitable. This absence of basic facilities raises concerns about the establishment's commitment to customer well-being.

The service was incredibly bad! It seemed like the staff were completely out of touch and unable to understand what we were saying.There were one family in the restaurant when we reached and two more came after us so it was not a busy night.

We ordered:

• 2 Mexican burgers with cheese • 1 American burger without cheese • 3 beers • 1 large fries with ketchup and mayo

What we received:

• 1 American burger with cheese • 2 Mexican burgers without cheese, with old, spoiled avocado slices that tasted awful and had to ask for cheese 2 times and bring the receipt to have it.

I had to ask for the fries three times because every time I returned to my seat, the staff forgot my order. I ended up standing there until they finally made the fries. The same thing happened with the beers.

Even asking for ketchup and mayo was a hassle. I had to ask for each item separately, wait for them to prepare it, and then ask for the next item! It was a frustrating experience from...

We ordered 4 same things but we got 2 of them super salty that we couldn't take more than 2 bites. We asked the night manager , Mr. Waleed, the manager to follow up on that. He told us since we have taken more than 1 bite, he can not change it. However we also suggest that he can try the food if he wants to believe us (!!!!) and he said no I can not believe you and he did nothing. Be aware of such behavior and food in this fastfood restaurant. You can try a better food and some respect almost in any other fastfood nearby. Bottom line: DO NOT GO THERE even in you're starving to death! ❌❌❌
