A Truly Disappointing Experience - Avoid

My recent visit was profoundly disappointing on every level. The two critical aspects of any dining experience – service and food – failed spectacularly.

Abysmal Service: The waiter assigned to our table was astonishingly rude. From the moment he approached, his demeanor was one of utter disinterest and open disdain. He seemed completely disconnected from his job, making us feel like an unwelcome interruption rather than guests. Basic requests were met with sighs or curt, unhelpful responses. It wasn't just inattentive service, it was actively unpleasant and unprofessional. This level of rudeness significantly poisoned the atmosphere.

“Italian" Food? Anything But If you're expecting authentic Italian cuisine, look elsewhere. The food was anything but Italian. The flavors were off, the ingredients seemed questionable, and the preparation lacked any semblance of traditional techniques or care. It was a complete misrepresentation of the cuisine. My dish was bland, poorly conceived, and utterly forgettable – except for the distinct feeling that I was not eating Italian food. It was one of the most underwhelming and inauthentic meals I've encountered in a restaurant claiming this specialty.

Overall This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. The combination of hostile, disinterested service and food that completely failed to deliver on its Italian promise was unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated, ripped off, and still hungry both literally and for a decent meal. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Save your time, money, and appetite go literally...

I visited this restaurant specifically because of the Gluten free pizza options (they also offer GF pasta but I didn't try it). My pizza was very good! I ordered the GF Margherita.

We ordered the beef carpaccio and it was tasty! The 4 Stagione Salad was mediocre. It had a lot of iceberg lettuce (which shouldn't be considered lettuce). The menu identifies it as "salad."

My Husband, who orders from the regular menu, ordered the Spinch & Ricotta raviolis. We assumed it came with red (tomato) sauce because the menu doesn't identify the sauce it is prepared with. When it was delivered, it had a cream sauce, and my Husband doesn't like cream based sauces. In hindsight, we probably should've confirmed when ordering. We asked it he could get it with tomato sauce instead, and we were told yes. Less than two minutes later, the dish was brought back, but it now had a pink sauce .. they basically added tomato sauce to the cream sauce. Umm pink sauce is NOT tomato sauce. Well, that just made us upset because just tell us you won't change it rather than say yes, we'll do it and then pull something like that. We ended up ordering a regular pizza for him, which he said was good (not great). I probably won't return simply because of the stunt they tried to pull. It's too bad.

Upon my arrival it look like a uk corner shop so they could definitely improve the atmosphere and ON TOP of this the customer service was awful. I came to eat with my mum and sister but after looking at the menu they both decided they didn’t want to eat there but despite that i wanted to eat and it was my birthday. The waiter came to take our order, i ordered a carbonara and a sprite. The waiter told me he can’t keep the table open for one person only due to the “people waiting outside” (there was no one there only a few people reading a menu and no hadnt even requested a seat. and said he would ask his manager. He asked his manager who was looked no older than 17 and he said we can’t sit there i do suspect that the young gentleman he talked to wasn’t actually the manager and just an employee on work experience. They came to deliver the news and my mum offered to stand outside and they accept it and left two teenagers to eat alone without their mother which is wrong especially on a child’s birthday.
