Terrible service at the Handboogstraat location but review was removed.

Staff were not attentive at all. Food was dropped off and never saw someone until we had to call a server from a different table.

Burger was completely raw. There was also zero sauce or anyone to ask. There was no server to ask for the burger to be cooked longer or to bring ketchup. My partner had a couple bites around the edge as she was starving. When we finally got a server (I had been finished my meal for 15minutes), she said my partners burger was properly cooked (it was raw) and did not address the fact that we could have had it recooked if she has shown up AT ALL in 45 minutes. My partner had been disgusted by looking at the raw meat so long she declined the “reheat” the rude server suggested. Again, zero empathy for the fact that she ignored us the entire time the problem could have been remedied.

It seems from the other reviews on here that the cooks have been undercooking alot of food lately. Wish i looked before!

You better believe the full price was on the bill at the end and she made the rude remark “maybe tell us to cook it longer next time”.

When I went ti the restroom, I overheard our server complaining about us to another server. Extemely juvenile behaviour. Perhaps her time would be better spent serving customers than complaining about them.

We will never be coming back. Will be spreading the word about the terrible service and cooking standard at this establishment. If you don’t check your standards, you will be shut down by a health inspector.

I recently visited Cannibale Restaurant in Lang Naiezel with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The restaurant specializes in steak, but I found the overall quality and service to be quite disappointing.

First and foremost, the steak that I ordered was far from satisfying. The meat was overcooked and lacked the tenderness and juiciness that one would expect from a high-end steakhouse. It was evident that the chef did not pay attention to the requested cooking level, resulting in a dry and tough piece of meat. The flavors were also underwhelming, lacking the depth and richness that are essential in a well-prepared steak.

Furthermore, the service at Cannibale Restaurant in Lang Naiezel was subpar. The staff seemed indifferent and inattentive to the needs of the diners. It took an unnecessarily long time for our orders to be taken, and the waitstaff appeared disinterested in providing a pleasant dining experience. Additionally, there was a lack of communication and coordination among the staff, leading to confusion and delays in serving the dishes.

What made matters worse was that I had previously dined at their other branch located in Handboogstrat, and the difference in quality was striking. The Handboogstrat branch provided exceptional steaks with perfectly cooked meat, full of flavor and succulence. The service there was attentive, friendly, and efficient, creating a truly enjoyable dining atmosphere.

Considering my disappointing experience at the Cannibale Restaurant in Lang Naiezel, I would highly recommend visiting their Handboogstrat branch instead. Good value for your money considering the location.

The food was very decent and the staff attentive and delightful.

I ordered my steak to be cooked rare and it arrived medium-well. When our attending waitress saw that I looked a bit irritated at the meat she rushed over and said: 'That's not rare, let's get you a new one!' even the chef showed up later and apologized. I didn't even have to say a word and I am so glad that I hadn't to, because it feels so bad to sent food back. In the end, sometimes food has to be thrown away because it's spoiled. It's unfortunate, but it happens in every kitchen.

I liked my new steak a lot, the vegetarian burger was also good. Be aware that the Mac'n'cheese comes with some kick, which I liked a lot, but some people might be irritated by having a usually very unspicy dish to be hot.

I had a Pornstar Martini that tasted a bit unbalanced and was very, very sweet. I switched to beer after that and the taste and selection of those were great.

Our overall experience was very good and I'd be back in a heartbeat when I am in the neighborhood. The cannibale Royale is a hidden gem that's definitely...
