At Bussia, a modern Italian restaurant and in-house artisan panificio in the heart of Amsterdam, I had the pleasure of experiencing a culinary masterpiece: the Lobster Linguine. This dish is not just a plate of food but a culmination of nearly seven years of meticulous development by the chef, and the results are nothing short of phenomenal.

The linguine itself was cooked to perfection—al dente with just the right amount of bite. The lobster was incredibly tender and flavorful, but the true star of the dish is the lobster broth. It’s a rich, luxurious sauce that elevates the entire dish to a different level, blending beautifully with the pasta and enhancing the natural sweetness of the lobster.

Bussia’s refined Italian cooking style shines through in this dish, making it an unforgettable experience for anyone who appreciates fine dining. This Lobster Linguine is a testament to the chef’s dedication and passion, and it’s a dish that will linger in your memory long after...

Had an unplanned dinner at Bussia and it was amazing. We were there at 6ish and was lucky to have a table without a reservation. We were served by a lady who was very friendly. Iced flat white was perfect. The appetiser had very balanced flavors. The lobster sphagettini was so delicious and the strawberry granita had so many interesting elements in it. Hence we made a reservation for a repeat visit. Our 2nd visit was on a Saturday. We ordered ice latte without sugar but the order was probably lost in translation as we received iced coffee which was too sweet and had too much milk. The mains and the tiramisu (which almost didn't arrive) were great. When we were done, we had some difficulty getting the bill as the staff was busy. All in all, Bussia is a great restaurant dishing out some really good food, but perhaps go there when you have ample time and preferably on a weekday for better service. Thank you for the food! It was one of the highlights...

This place is amazing. The service, the food, the atmosphere, it's just amazing. This was my second time here, first time we came here as part of a work dinner with some colleagues and we tried the 5 course meal. It was very good but this time, my wife and I ordered a la carte, and it was fantastic. The fish is unbelievable. I am not a fish person and I kind of took a chance but boy was I in for a big amazing surprise. Simply magnificent. And my wife ordered the Spaghetti with lobster, which was also unbelievably tasty. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's not a cheap restaurant but it's worth every cent, and then some. We were served by a super nice Canadian lady who knew her stuff. It's been such a refreshing experience being taken care of in the proper way in Amsterdam.

My complements to the chef and kitchen crew as well as the staff. You folks are running a solid restaurant. We will definitely go back, maybe for...
