The WORST staff I have ever experienced!! Swore at me and my father to get out the shop?! because I have an allergy to an ingredient that isn’t stated on the option I picked?!!!?

Under no circumstances should staff EVER speak to paying customers like this?!!!! We paid around €50 too!!!?

I asked for a refund because what we were given was NOT what we ordered, we were in a rush and could not wait for a replacement, the food was barley touched and soon as I saw the pickle that I am allergic to, I have to completely stop eating -

We ordered plain wrap, this did not come plain so we told the extremely rude waiter, he said what does plain mean?? Then my salad has a pickle which I am allergic to, this is NOT stated on the menu whatsoever, He has the rudest attitude and then says there’s no manger, won’t provide he’s name, then swears at me to get out in front of all the customers !!

I have reported this and attached a photo to this Turkish man called Ahmed but possibly lying about he’s name, how can you treat your paying tourist customers like this?!?! An absolute joke!!! Disgusting human and I will be taking this further As a Turkish women I am embarrassed such people have entitlement to treat PAYING customers like this!!

A tourist trap. A group of 7 arrived to eat. Now, we do accept the fault of not properly reading the menu and seeing in small lettering that one bill - one payment, I.e. they do not split the bill. The issue here is that the waiter saw that there's 7 of us, and it would have been nice to be informed verbally. We asked for 6 beers and one coke, we were brought 7 beers and a coke. They did not remove it from the final bill. The waiter was disrespectful and pushing with comments that I personally found inappropriate. They charged for food and beverage that we didn't even order. Portion size of loaded nachos was tiny. Hardly any vegetables. Absolutely not worth the money. Very loud music inside. Service for the food took 45 minutes. The table was dirty. Cardboard boxes with supplies were carelessly handled right next to my table. They were stacked right in front of a steep stairwell leaving a passage of 20 cm you had to climb through.
