Cafe Bar The Pint — Restaurant in Amsterdam

First Bar to visit in Amsterdam, Athmosphere was ok, price of drink was expensive and they had a very arrogant and very imtadating lady at the toilet charging €1 to take a Pee. My wife paid €2 and told her €1 was an advance payment for my visit later and pointed me out to her. But when I went into toilet she followed me in and stood becide me when taking a Pee at urinal asking for €1. We left after 1 drink as most people in the bar did too…even watched most men not paying the €1 and going outside to pee into canal. I totally understand a charge for non paying customers but for paying customers...

Even if you are a guest drinking there, you still have to pay to use the bathroom. So really its like adding a euro to the cost of each drink, which aren't cheap to start with.

When my girlfriend went to use the bathroom downstairs there was no attendant so she just went in. The attendant woman then came banging on the door and trying to get my partner to pay before finishing her use.

Overall not a nice place, much better off going to any of the other pubs nearby with better atmosphere, nicer staff, and free toilet use...

I ordered 2 beers paid with 50 eur, and after for a confusion that the woman behind the bar though I was smoking, she took my beers and stole my change and kick me off of the bar, basically she stole 50 eur in few minutes. Avoid this place or unless do not order any for that rat.

Answer for reply: you can checked of the CCTV and even if someone smoking inside you are not able to steal the change and the beers. Low place , just arrived there because there were no other place to drink, if I can give negative stars...
