I’ve always loved this spot — it’s one of my favorite places to work or just hang out. The vibe is usually super chill, the baristas are always friendly, and it’s a space where you feel welcome and relaxed. However… today was a whole different story. There were two guests (a girl with red hair and a camo hat, and a guy wearing a cap and sunglasses indoors like it’s still 2012) who were completely disrespectful. They were loud, disruptive, yelling from the upstairs area to their friends downstairs, blasting TikToks on full volume, and casually throwing around the word “k4nker” like they were punctuation. It was clear they were friends of the barista but that doesn’t mean you get to turn a café into your personal circus. Attention disorders aside, basic consideration for others is still a thing. If you want to act like that, maybe keep it to your club RAUM group chat not the entire café needs to know you feel special on...
