We went to this place for a coffee and pancakes. We pointed to the poster of mini pancakes on the wall as they waitress didn't speak English. We presented with full size pancakes. When we said we ordered mini pancakes there was an argument behind the till between the waitress and some guy. He then came over and then 5 minutes later we were served which can only be described as the worse mini cakes in the world, disgusting. When we complained we were told they only do microwave pancakes not fresh. When we left I took a photo of the shop front which was greeted with abuse by one of the neanderthals running the place. Stay away. Just walk away. Manners and customer service was not invented yet in...

I don't have a clue what the other reviews did to the staff to upset them but the staff could not have been nicer. We got a table very quickly, the table was clean. We got severed drinks quickly and our orders were taken quickly and the waiting time was not long. The food is were they out did themselves. The food was other worldly, waffles were light, fluffy and full of flavour, the bacon was delicious, sausages were amazing, everything was amazing. Don't pay attention to people who have been negative, for the staff to be ''rude" you would need to do something. Contrary to the old saying "the customer is always right", specially if you are...
