RACISM, very unfortunate experience from one of your staff. ( I know his name but iâm not writing this here to name and shame ) I normally never leave any negative reviews but iâd like to share what happened to me.
Ordered 3 dishes ( Pizza, Pasta and one salad) along with 2 drinks.
Drinks were served pretty much right away.
After waiting for more than 1 hour without being served with any food that we ordered, I realized almost 8 other tables were served with their food and drinks and even some who came later than us were already finished their meal and about to leave the restaurant.
Stopped your staff and asked for the update, he said âitâs coming, itâs comingâ then rushed back to the kitchen.
Had to wait more until I found out that the food order was never being processed in the kitchen. (Had to ask another staff because he was careless)
Got disappointed and decided to leave, asked him for the bill for our drinks.
He did not apologize for what happened and rudely passed the bill and left our table.
He only got back to us when he overheard that I was talking to the other staff what happened and why we are leaving being upset.
I noticed that he only started apologizing when he saw google map on my phone screen. ( I was simply looking for another restaurant but he thought otherwise.)
He then changed his attitude and tried to reassure that I wonât post his name cause it might affect his career. ( like i said above, not here to name and shame )
This might seem as a simple mistake, maybe miscommunication between the hall and the kitchen. However, it was too obvious to me that he was simply ignoring and passing us numerous times without wondering why we havenât being served for a long time of period.
In addition, I can tell how different his service attitude towards us from towards others and I take that as a racial discrimination.
This is not right and this should not be happening again to any...

I had the pleasure of dining at Verona Ristorante Italiano recently, and I must say, it was an experience I won't soon forget. From the moment I entered this charming Italian eatery, I was captivated by its warm and inviting atmosphere.
The service at Verona Ristorante Italiano was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were attentive, friendly, and well-versed in the menu offerings, ensuring that our dining experience went as smoothly as possible. They were eager to answer any questions we had and offered helpful suggestions, making us feel truly taken care of.
But what truly won me over was the mouthwatering Italian cuisine. Each dish was meticulously prepared, providing a delightful mix of rich, authentic flavors. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauces were bursting with bold and fresh ingredients. The star of the evening, however, was their signature pizza, which boasted a crispy, thin crust and was generously topped with the finest ingredients.
Dessert was equally impressive, with the classic Tiramisu being a standout favorite. It was the perfect balance of sweet and bitter, with layers of delicate mascarpone cheese and espresso-soaked ladyfingers that melted in my mouth.
Overall, my experience at Verona Ristorante Italiano was a true delight. The combination of impeccable service, a cozy ambiance, and exquisite Italian cuisine made for an unforgettable evening. If you're looking for a taste of Italy, I highly recommend giving Verona Ristorante Italiano a visit. I know I'll be returning soon to experience even more of their...
Read moreI found this restaurant to be highly overrated and far from authentic. The experience did not match the glowing reviews that appear online, which felt misleading.
The service was disappointingâour server placed plates carelessly over our drinks on an already small table, which came across as rude rather than âsuper friendly,â as many reviews suggest. However, the other lady (not sure of her name, who was not attending our table) was very friendly and polite.
The food was the biggest letdown. The pizza was dry and hard, more like a biscuit/cracker than a proper base, and the lasagna was burnt and stuck to the bottom. The bruschetta was equally unappetizing. Nothing about the food reflected authentic Italian flavors; in fact, Iâve had (and cooked) far better myself. (@kitchenasitis Instagram)
Overall, this felt like a tourist trap relying on hype rather than quality. The restaurant may be benefiting from overly positive or inflated reviews, but in my experience, both the service and the food were below standard.
Tip for fellow diners: Be cautious with restaurants that gain popularity based mainly on reviews highlighting staff friendliness rather than the quality of food. I have personally seen this pattern across many restaurants- gain good reviews with good food and service , at one point bad reviews wonât make a difference.
Unfortunately, I left very disappointed and cannot...
