It has come to my attention that people either have a really good experience or a bad one. I think the cause of this is the employee working that day. I got sandos and mine were really dry. One of my friends got a bubble tea with tapioca, she even got extra tapioca and paid for extra but the amount was even less then what normal boba shops sell, when she went to the employee working the employee didn’t even add more tapioca to it which shows bad service. When we left we even wiped the table we were eating on and told the employee to have a amazing rest of day even if she made us wait 40 minutes when other people who ordered after us got their food before us, i get that they were short staffed but it’s unacceptable how there weren’t any more employees working, it should atleast be two people working because one is insane for a cafe/restaurant because you have to keep serving/making food or clean the tables. after waiting for so long outside in the cold weather (which i know isn’t their fault because the inside was full) they still could’ve respected it and made our food earlier since we were freezing. I even got sick and haven’t been able to sleep probeert because of my illness. My friend left a review on here which maybe it could’ve come off as rude but it’s unacceptable to even call her “rude from the beginning” and “leaving the place a mess” because we’ve been SO nice to the employee working that day and even wiped the table and brought our cutlery and plates back to her. I hope this issue can be resolved and instead of blaming the people coming to eat AND pay the ridiculous amount of money for not so good food or service you could try to resolve the issue by talking to your employees about how to treat people coming in. I would not recommend going...
Read morehi nōbo, i had an okay time! the atmosphere was alright especially with my friends! one of my friends reviewed this a few days ago, she was really upset which i get that’s why she wrote a review. but you replied to her review making it seem that she was in the wrong with my friends? something like “your treatment depends on your own behavior” like it’s basically karma? and also “that you guys were rude at the start and left the place dirty.” we legit wiped the tables and threw away our stuff when we we’re gonna leave.. so this is meant harsh cause my friend is getting treated harshly and making her name seem bad so this is for you chay, i wont be coming back i would cause the food and the idea was fun of making own noodles! but the way i see the treatment here of not even trying to change it, on weekends it’s better to have atleast two staff members and especially when a large party might be coming which it was! our friend’s birthday, so it genuinely upset the mood further. i would like an apology for chayenne who legit got accused of doing something she didn’t even do, that’s not fair is it now?? alright that’s it but i wont be coming...
Read moreOverpriced and don't expect an authentic dish. The miso soup (in a throw out paper bowl) had only noodles. Apparently there were onions in it, I counted maybe 4 rehydrated specs. In spite of the image there were no tofu pieces in it. Only some inedible kombu kelp (of the +- 10 pieces I could eat 1). There was no miso flavour, only strong kelp. There were noodles but they were undercooked. I know and love all dente noodles with bite. These were just still quite hard. The gyoza however, I bought extra, fell apart as I tried to eat them. The bubble tea didn't have bubbles unless I bought extra. Flavour was mediocre, presentation too. The atmosphere is nice and it's good there is a vegan option. But most is just packaged stuff, I'm expecting the soup also came from a (cheap) package. You can buy instant noodles there too and cook them there. Maybe that would have been better. Yes, I asked about the miso soup, this is how it's supposed to be, they said. The music was also quite horrible. Maybe this is more a place for teenagers who love the hype. If that's what you're looking for, you'll...
