Food was great, staff was friendly, but we had loads of issues. They completely forgot to cook my friend’s burger, so by the time he got his, we were done eating. He asked for ketchup and mayonnaise for his burger, we waited 10 minutes, and had to ask for it again, by then, his food was cold. They offered him a free drink, which was a small coke, there seemed to be no communication between the servers, as we had to repeat and reorder multiple times. Pretty pricey burgers, paying £16 for a burger with no tomato, lettuce, or sauce, just cheese (you have to pay extra for) and a bun and burger patty. Sauce is extra, cheese is extra. Not an issue for us, but for those of you that are bothered, they made us keep our silverware and reused our glasses (3 cokes, they just filled the cups back up so we ended up using each other’s glasses.
