We ordered the shrimp egg noodles with coconut curry sauce and the chicken udon noodles with sweet and sour sauce. Fresh with very generous portions, yes, but very inconsistent. The sauce flavor in the coconut curry was extremely diluted and in turn, you couldn't really taste anything but plain noodles and vegetables. Contrary to this, the sweet and sour one was absolutely drenched in sauce, so you couldn't taste anything but sauce. 🙄 Fine if these were low cost noodles, but when you're paying 20€ per box - you're definitely expecting a little more. The guy working the register was also pretty odd - certainly wouldn't hurt to brush up on those customer service...
Read moreI was given the wrong allergen information. I told the person taking my order I had a wheat allergy He told me the sauce only had soy in it, which ended up being wrong! After taking my first bite I was still uncomfortable so I asked if there was any document that had allergens. What do you know... the sauce had also gluten as an allergen.
The allergen card should just be posted in a visible place, and anyone working there should check what the allergens are if they don't know! Almost every sauce had gluten in it, so it seems like he had no clue the allergens so just guessed.
I am happy I only took one bite so hopefully things aren't too bad, I will ring out tomorrow... but if I had trusted the person taking my order 100% chance I would be...
