Hi. The food is always amazing! The staff are so nice and friendly! We really enjoyed the family menu option :))) But something weird happened at the end: The bill was 83 euros and I paid 100 euros in cash. In return, he gave 15 euros and one Lira Turkish coin !🤨 when I complained, he laughed and exchanged the coin with the euros! FYI: one Lira is equivalent to almost 3 cents !!! I believe this guy did this to me intentionally, because when I returned the Turkish coin, he did NOT check it to see if I’m right or he was NOT surprised that from where this coin is coming! 1. The burnt oil smell inside of dining was terrible, so I advise you to improve the air conditioner system..
2. When the customer asks for Unagi sushi, you do not bring them umami sauce
3. Tell your staff to smile more often
4. it is not a shose gallery it is a sushi restaurant for God's sake, and if you want to have good feedback from your customers, you better improve your food and your service and environment rather than running after reviews...
