Service was extremely unprofessional & slow. Upon arrival, I politely greeted the workers and they ignored me except for the lady with the blond short hair & glasses. I even asked what language they would prefer I speak in and one woman answered. No greetings, instructions, or assistance. Extremely rude stares. Despite our patience throughout service my sister and I were treated like thieves upon checkout! The same waitress who forgot half of our order thought that we were trying to dine & leave because we paid for items separately. Luckily I kept my receipt for proof! I wish I could give this place -10 star. The service was terrible, and the communication was even worse. They can’t handle the “happy hour” they advertise.

We waited around and ended up wasting 45 minutes dealing with forgotten orders, staff not listening, and complete confusion. When they messed up, they tried to blame us and even wanted to charge us extra for drinks they forgot to make. We had ordered the correct drinks from the beginning, but when we brought it up, they gave us attitude and said:

"You’re not getting it—you never ordered that drink. You’re getting the normal one because you’re complaining."
