terrible experience. first of all they forgot that we had ordered food. after waiting a long time and pointing out that we had ordered food it finally arrived after 1 hour. only we didn't get any cutlery with it. coffee was just a nescafe sachet with some water not drinkable. then we asked for sugar, we got a jar but no spoon.. they didn't come to check once if everything was to our liking the homemade ice tea we ordered 2 different ones 1 had no taste the other was terribly sweet. terrible experience. We didn't really know where to start and just meandered the streets until we came across Rose's Restaurant Curaçao.
Man...what a pleasant surprise. Rose's is an open-air, streetwise (covered) eatery.
It is: ● Intimate, seats about 50. ● Clean and decorated cutesy. ● But most importantly, what comes out of their kitchen is very well prepared, a much higher caliber than I expected, and beautifully plated and served. ● And all that at a very fair and reasonable price.
Do yourself a favor, try this outstanding eatery!
