Burger King — Restaurant in Eindhoven

for those complaining it doesn't come close to McDonalds taste I say this go to McDonalds and eat a commercial factory made hamburger with little flavor. Burger King isn't trying to be McDonalds. Burger King is trying to taste like Burger King which taste better. You might know this if you been to the USA and tasted real burgers not the processed factory made commercial burgers like mc Donalds. I am a American myself and know burgers and this is a decent burger for the price. Its Mc Donalds that is trying to be like Burger King by serving their MIestro super burger menus with the fancy grilled style burgers imitating burger kings style but charging a higher price. The taste of this burger kings food is good for the price the place could be cleaner and the staff could actually work faster or put some effort in it. Have any of the workers even seen how American Burger King staff workers work? they are fast in America they serve 20 to 30 people in 20 minutes and a drive thru and people wait maybe 5 or 7 minutes for a burger. If you go into a Burger King in America and its slow inside and not many customers you get your food quick as maybe 2 minutes! The reason why is the staff in America are working not sitting around thinking that because they should up for work that they should get paid. Your staff needs to move quickly and keep busy as there is plenty to do or plenty of work to catch up on if its slow. There should not be one employee just sitting by the counter hanging out or just waiting and doing nothing. Go clean the tables or empty the trash cans etc. there is plenty of work...

very important to say, burger king in eindhoven is truly one of the greatest, maybe the GREATEST burger experience in the history of burgers, people are talking about it everywhere. i went in thinking "okay, another fast food place," but BELIEVE me, the burgers – huge, juicy, beautiful – they melted in my mouth faster than joe biden forgets where he is. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE.

and let me tell you about AMINA, the cashier – what a STAR! a true PROFESSIONAL, smarter than most politicians in washington. she took my order with more class and speed than you’ve ever seen. SHE DESERVES A MEDAL, MAYBE TWO. without her, the whole country of the netherlands would be a much sadder place.

There is no option to award zero stars though. Asked for a large meal, got medium. Asked to order onion rings instead of fries, got reply that do not have them. Showed picture behind a cashier with onion rings, he answered they do not sell them. Asked for a cola without ice, got it with ice.

Basically anything I wanted I did not get.

Stay away from this place. Also apparently owner is asking friends/family to rate it with five stars, basically confirming that they are doing a bad job there.

Such a shame for a brand that should stand out for its high standards anywhere...
