Bad customer service. We had to pay for a mistake made by the restaurant.
We ordered Wonton soup among other dishes. The waitress came back to tell us that the Wonton soup was not available, so we ordered another dish instead. When the food came, to our surprise the Wonton soup was prepared for us. The waitress said it was because of a miscommunication. As a result we had too much food, so we asked if they can take back the Wonton soup. But they refused, so we had to pay for it. Also we received no apologies.
