Yakitori & The Sushis — Restaurant in Eindhoven

We have such a bad experience here, looking around for some sushi place to eat and see this place having high reviews but turn out to be not as good as others.

As we walked inside the guy in front was completely ignoring us when we greet him (at that time it was not busy at all, only 4 guests inside including us) but the waiter guy that bring food from Kitchen are nice, friendly and helpful.

Sushi is poorly made, the sushi roll and filling fall off right before we even touch it.

Other choices of food are okay but not very well made compare to others All you can eat sushi.

Very fine sushi place with an all you can eat concept. The place is cheaper than other sushi places around Eindhoven, but the quality is fine though! We had different types of nigiri and maki and all of them were okey. The sushi with cream cheese and salmon was not too good though. The nigiri with flambee salmon was really delicious! After the sushi we ordered some beef, grilled salmon, skewers and other meat. Again good portions and delicious. For dessert they offer some different flavours of scoop ice cream, cakes and pastries. Bestel hier NIET online om af te halen of te laten bezorgen!

Wat een teleurstelling! Afgelopen weekend had ik al in de middag om 15:00 mijn bestelling geplaatst, zodat het tussen 18:30 en 19:00 bezorgd zou worden. En dan om 18:10, nét voordat we zouden eten, krijg ik plots een melding dat mijn bestelling door het restaurant is geannuleerd!

Hier sta je dan, met honger en zonder eten, en nog weinig tijd om iets anders te regelen. Had ik dit van tevoren geweten, dan had ik absoluut ergens anders besteld. Echt schandalig en totaal klantonvriendelijk om zó kort van tevoren te annuleren. Vervolgens werd me verteld om maar met de bezorgdienst te bellen om zo er makkelijk van af te komen.

Als dit de manier is waarop klanten behandeld worden, zal ik hier nooit meer bestellen en zou ik iedereen aanraden hetzelfde te doen.

What a disappointment! Last weekend, I placed my order in the afternoon at 3:00 PM, expecting it to be delivered between 6:30 and 7:00 PM. Then, at 6:10 PM—right before we were about to eat—I suddenly get a notification that my order was canceled by the restaurant!

So here we are, hungry and without food, with barely any time left to make other arrangements. Had I known this in advance, I definitely would have ordered somewhere else. It's truly outrageous and completely unprofessional to cancel an order at the last minute. I was then told to just call the delivery service, as if that would make it easier for them to brush me off.
