Nice cafe. But lost upstairs a lot from the cosyness since they changed everything. Staff is very nice and friendly. But i feel like they did get left alone with barista education. The cappu i had tasted very strong burned bitter. So i looked a bit the steps they made to prepare them. The person did after brewing no cloth to remove after the rinsing between the distibution to remove the grind that sthe flush did not remove. Then after taking powder from the mill did not happen manual or with disrtibutor levelling of the grind... just instant tampering. ... make your own opinion about that. To the milk: the one person sucked air into the milk in the rolling phase... and looked into the pot like " hmm why the foam is not perfect and make latteart?"
I understand the employees try their best, but a new fancy machine does not ensure a perfect result. They need help to get educated as barista. It is not their fault!
I speak now on a high level!!! The coffe is okay , the sweets are tasty... no question. But if you have experience of best coffees you understand what i mean. In any case i love you guys i love your work and to be...

We ordered 2 matcha lattes that were tasty but were made with cow milk. As we're both lactose intolerant we asked for new drinks. Now, sure, we shouldâve asked earlier but so should the barista who didnât bother to ask. Either way, as customers who made a mistake in our order, one with actual health repercussions for us, we were hoping to get some understanding from the staff. That didnât happen, however, and we were asked to order again. Itâs not even what was said, but how it was said ⊠rude.
As someone whoâs worked in hospitality for years the customer service here was shameful. You might know how to make a coffee, but please learn how to treat...

The part I enjoyed most was the ability to people watch from the second floor, as there are many people walking under the café. The woman running the café was quiet friendly as well and very efficient considering she was managing everything...
