Walked past this place a lot and was always half surprised by the queue of people and the price tags. A friend recommended this place and their almond croissants. Today I finally made the first purchase!
Maybe I got the wrong product when I asked for the almond croissant. But it was really good. It was a very flaky croissant with kokos on top, with the filling of which I can’t place the ingredients and some chocolate (did not like the chocolate too much). It weighed quite a lot for a croissant if I may add. It was not cheap for a croissant but at same time, it was a big piece of pastry compared to your good old butter croissants. We bought it to take away but after nibbling some while walking around the town we had to return. I then had a baguette with cheese and rocket and my husband claims he had the best coffee in Netherlands. We only wish we'd bought more.
