The definite best specialty coffee shop in Leiden! They care about the coffee they serve. The beans are single origins filter or espresso and they have new beans every week. The milk coffees are a blend of beans. Usually the roaster is cafenation, but they have various guest roasters sometimes. All coffees are light roasts and they are well brewed.

Besides good black coffee there is a variety of sweet coffee with various toppings. They also serve a variety of sweet pastries which are as good as the coffee. The cheesecake is to die for.

UPDATED REVIEW: Owners have changed. Happy that super nice and friendly people took over this nice cafe; the warm atmosphere can be felt very quickly. Coffee is great but the desserts could be improved.

Very unfriendly owner, go somewhere else. My daughter of 3 years old really really needed to go to the toilet.... this happens with small children. The owner would let her go to the toilet! First time ever in Holland that this happened.
