I've been drinking a latte macchiato with sandwich or cake here every day for a year now. I have also recommended this cafe to my friends. On January 22, I bought a latte macchiato as usual and sat down to drink it, I put a small sealed white bag on the table. Suddenly, a cafe worker came up to me, she was very aggressive and started yelling that “You can’t eat here”! At the same time, I drank only coffee bought in your cafe, I ate absolutely nothing! This worker should not work in a cafe with people.

On the other hand, I am not a slave, I am a free person in a free country, no one has the right to forbid me anything!!! I should not be afraid and look around while in your cafe, if I want to eat a nut along with the coffee I bought from you, I will eat it, no one should yell at me and forbid anything!

Terrible safety standards - Covid taught us nothing. I was there on at the weekend and one of the women making coffees sneezed 3 times into her bare hands. She then grabbed a paper towel and sneezed in it a couple more times. Threw it away and kept making coffees - never did she wash her hands or even use disinfectant or gloves. She continued making drinks, touching lids and everything else with her infected hands. These are basics of food safety protocols and I’m shocked that these poor practices are allowed to continue. Surely friendly girls behind the bar but: I payed 3,20 for a hot-sugary-bomb-with-no-taste-of-chocolate Tony Chocolonly small cup which was served in a paper cup. I ordered at the counter and the lady there passed the order to another lady who called "hot chocolate!" when it was ready. I had to get up from my chair go and pick it up. 3,20 and I didn't have a decent ceramic cup to drink from and no service whatsoever. Never ever again I will go and spend money...
