Read moreMe and my family were on a day out in the city and were in need of a nice shoarma place that was family friendly and knows what it is doing, little did we know that it would turn in to the worst nightmare. We were rushed to quickly order our food as we were being watched every minute or so which was abit uncomfortable. Once we all ordered our food it was like a minute or two later the children wanted to swap a drink as we did not understand what blue and red spa was and asked but was explained horribly we wanted to change a dish as it was a mistake which we ordered and same was after a minute or two and the staff members were very in polite about it and completely refused to change the dish. The hell like experience doesn’t end there we received the food within a lightning strike and had disgusting presentation and was completely dried out. The dish was all ready in wanted and the taste and presentation made it even worse it looked like something that was fed to a dog, keeping in mind it was €24.00. So we went to go and make a complaint as it was inedible. The staff members just threw it in the bin and caused a big scene in front of the dinners and the children refusing to refund for the untouched dish or to make a different dish and the manager started to use foul language and sweared at us quoting “ just f pay for the food and go” we as a family has never been treated like such in a restaurant or takeaway and hope no other human being or family be treated like a piece of rubbish in the future I would highly suggest that if you were to visit this restaurant/takeaway get ready for some poor service poor food and to be spoken to by foul language by the greedy miser based manager of Jaffa. I am surprised it is open in this modern society maybe because most of the customers will be tourist and know no better. Good look for your mistreatment towards customers as what goes around comes...
Read moreCame here to dine with my family and had a horrifying experience. The staff members were rude and impolite. We had an issue with the food we ordered and their first method of response was to act aggressively and viciously. The meat was not up to standard and the quality was awful. We tried to change the order a minute or two after ordering and were refused. The waiter showed no regards to displaying good customer service at all. We returned the dish as it was around €25 and barely touched it. They took the food and threw it away. We asked to have it removed from the bill and they refused causing a whole scene. They were not willing to come to a solution or discount the meal at least and showed an extremely disgusting attitude. Foul language was also used by the manager in front if children. After browsing thorough the reviews I can tell that they do not take criticism well and give nasty responses. This is not how a modern day business should run and it’s surprising to see how the business is even operating despite their disgraceful treatment of customers. Most customers are tourists so they know no better, had they been locals this business would...
