Restaurant Review: Disappointing Experience Despite Great Location

I recently visited a restaurant that, on the surface, appeared promising due to its central location and beautiful ambiance. As I walked in, I was impressed by the stylish decor and the inviting atmosphere. The staff greeted me warmly, which initially set my expectations high. Unfortunately, this was where the positives ended.

While the service started off friendly, it quickly soured as I found myself waiting an unusually long time for my meal, even during non-peak hours. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed, which is puzzling given that there were only a few tables occupied. After what felt like an eternity, my Caesar salad finally arrived, but to my utter disbelief, it was far from what one would expect.

The chicken was dry—an absolute letdown that overshadowed the purpose of indulgence. To make matters worse, the salad didn’t resemble a true Caesar at all. The greens were wilted, and the dressing tasted nothing like the classic recipe. I couldn't help but feel cheated, especially considering the exorbitant prices on the menu. I have had much better meals for a fraction of the cost at other establishments.

The prices here are nothing short of outrageous, leading me to conclude that the price-to-value ratio is the worst I’ve encountered. For the quality of food served, I expected so much more. Instead, I left feeling frustrated, having paid top dollar for what essentially amounted to a subpar dining experience.

Worst ever experience. We were only 4 busy tables in this restaurant. Long time restaurant workers were ignoring us. Later when they was serving me and my 3 friends, all of us get dirty forks and spoons- there was cream and ketchup on them ( really dirty) . I told it to waiter, and she brought new set of forks and spoons - again dirty on my friends fork there was old dill. We complained again , they said its fine its just a water dust from dishwasher. I told them NO there is dill. And only then finally she washed with hands all forks and spoons. Then when order was ready they bring me hot coffee but i ordered ice coffee, they changed it , but still it was terrible also my friend taste it. It tasted like water with 1% coffee. Then my friend got empty plates with just 1 burger on it, but menu told the burger comes with fries, we again complained and then they bring to us fries! In the end i didn’t get my dessert because its took too long time , everything was eaten and only me ordered dessert so my friend was also waiting long time. In 1 hour the dessert was not served to me, thats why I cancelled it. When it was time to pay the total amount of cost was also not correct instead of 94 euros they charged us 104 euros, and she said it was correct, but then i open menu and showed here right prices. Disappointment for me and my friends.
