SUGO Pizza - Rotterdam Westblaak — Restaurant in Rotterdam

Awful experience. Ordering pizza is me indulging my self, and you absolutely ruined it. After 1 hour and 20 min of waiting I called your store, the employee said the order must be on it's way since it's not on the system. 10 min later another employee called to say that my order will arrive probably in 30 min, maybe more, that they are just making it. So I am getting my pizza more than 2 hours later? The employee said there was an emergency at the store, which I can understand, things happen, but still, the pizza arrived more than 2 hours later and cold!!! A cold pizza after 2 hours waiting, and not even a complimentary drink? Another thing is that I chose the option of 3 flavours, where the store gets to pick the flavours. I asked in the comment if it was possible not to include 1 of the many vegan options, and I ended up getting only 2 flavours. So you couldn't have added another one besides the one told you not...

Guys it’s a great scam to be honest. We had high hopes when we came at first but it was worse than we could have imagined from a place with 4,4 stars. We came for the unlimited pizza deal for 2 hours. After ordering the first round, the 4 pizza slices already took a while to arrive, but no big deal for once. After the second round, it took way longer and it had already been an hour since we arrived. We could only order three rounds since our third round took 50 minutes to arrive -literally, we ordered before 19:00 and it arrived at 19:50. And that just for 2 pizza slices? To me, this unlimited pizza deal is a huge scam and it’s just wasting your time so much. You sit and wait for 2 hours. Before you know, you ordered only 3 rounds and your time is over. Sugo is one of my favorite discoveries in Rotterdam. The pizza al taglio is light, fresh and really tasty. You can even share a plate and try different flavors, which makes it fun. Coffee here is fantastic have Decaf which is a problem in Rotterdam somehow, and the fact they open early is a lifesaver, especially if you’re staying at NH Atlanta next door (they don’t have a coffee lounge, so this place is a perfect replacement).
