Over the last two years, some progress has been made in the delivery orders department.
They still mostly always take double the time advertised (e.g. if the staff tells you that the order's gonna take 5 minutes, that's just english for 10 minutes).
Complaining about it leads to little avail, since the restaurant's owner take is "It's kitchen minutes, don't take it literally" - and the front staff can't do anything either, because they are not the ones running the kitchen - so it's best to cancel the order (as a delivery driver) if you feel like it's gonna take too long.
Other than that, the front staff members are never rude or unfriendly towards delivery drivers (which can be observed at other restaurants around town).
Food is 11/10 - if I were to review the restaurant as a customer (exclusively), this would've been a short review, because all of your burgers are great (except for the spicy one with red ginger in it 🤢, sorry)

Again, before leaving a review I always check for consistency with food and service. The first time I came here I had the beef burger the Double Trouble to be exact. Which was great and enjoyed it. Today I said let me try the chicken burger… Was superrr DRY and just not tasty. I tried to cut it up in smaller sections to eat it better and even had my friend try it and she always didn’t enjoy it and even offered me her burger because she felt bad for me. I made this clear to the server and her answer was “this the first time I’ve heard this” no understanding or compassion towards the situation. The burger was literally almost the same size she brought of to me to still pay €23.75 in total for a burger that I barely could’ve ate. There are better burger places and wayyy better service out...
Read moreThe Goat is right next to the metro and tram station of Beurs, walking distance. Walked in, got menus and were seated. We had a group of 5, we ordered different sandwiches. We ordered the Frankenstein (Fried chicken, smash beef burger, cheddar, lettuce, pickles, burger sauce, brioche bun), 2 Kimchi-Clucks (Fried chicken, homemade kimchi, Sriracha mayo, Korean BBQ sauce, sesame, brioche bun) and 2 Double Troubles (2x80 gr. beef patty, cheddar, grilled onions, pickles, burger sauce, brioche bun). Some of the sandwiches, we made it a combo which had fries and coleslaw. Some of them we just got fries. Overall we tried them all and the best was Double Trouble, this was super super super good. The fries were solid but wish we had more sauce for the fries. Great place, excited to try more sandwiches. The service was amazing too, very nice servers and got us...
